So, I've been having lots of monster dreams with this pregnancy. Mostly vampires.
I blame that on one of my coworkers constantly calling my unborn child a parasite. But that doesn't explain the dream about the vampire who was able to survive two nuclear bombings (one was Hiroshima... the other I guess was some Cold War made up event in my brain... or perhaps Chernobyl... which wasn't a bombing.)
Then last night I had a "nightmare" but there were no monsters. There was cooking, and trying to meet up with my parents and timing and things like that either not happening or going wrong. Perhaps this stems from my "Suzie Homemaker" move yesterday.
Sunday, after church, I put away two loads of clean clothes (still two more I didn't,) made the bed, did a load of dishes, kind-of cleaned the kitchen (not much,) but then I vacuumed the living room (which is huge for me) and spot cleaned the stains in the carpet, and I went grocery shopping... All in the matter of four hours. It was a huge deal for me. I normally can't do that much in four hours even at the top of my game... and I did it while 21 weeks pregnant! Even the next morning, the house is still relevantly presentable (so the kitchen still needs to be cleaned up and the dining room table needs to lose the scrapbooking monument, but that's easily fixed.) Heavens, at this rate we might actually be able to have people over for dinner! (GASP!)
